Hotels and most other car services will allow you to cancel if unforeseen events require you to cancel. This is not the case with Platinum Limosuine Service. Even if your event is a month away, if you cancel, they charge you for the full balance due. I could see losing the deposit, but not the total charge. Their cancellation policy is not disclosed on their website.
