I took my car in to BMW South for an oil change and they some how reset my brake light so the brake light would not go off in the car not only would they not fix it they denied that the light was not on when I took it to them. The Service Manager spoke with me and he was very rude and it was just a bad experience. I called the owner of the dealership and his receptionist contacted me the day after and said she would call me back that Monday and I haven't heard from anyone. I will not be dealing with this location the Service Manager is the most unprofessional person I have every meet and the customer service sucks.....
