Modern Movers

I am so glad that I hired Modern Movers! \r \r I was not looking forward to my first big move as an adult, where I couldn't just pay my friends with beer and pizza. \r \r I have a lot of heavy stuff and live on the third floor.... These guys were great! The estimate was honest and straightforward. They explained all the fees and guidelines upfront and made sure that I understood how the move would work. I was scheduled to move at 5:30 pm and they called before 4:30 pm to let me know they were running late and that they would be at my place by 5:45. I was fine with that, I was still packing some boxes. : ) They arrive at 5:40 and started loading the truck. They were very fast and it was hard to tell that I was the THIRD person they had moved that day. I was amazed. Once the truck was loaded, I rode with them to my new place and we began the unloading. It happened so fast and all I had to do was show them where to set the boxes. The entire move took only three hours (the estimate had been four hours). I was so happy that even after tipping them I still came in UNDER my budget. After using Modern Movers, I am no longer afraid to move. Thanks guys!! more
