The only thing that is good here are the prices.
Two tenants this year have had items stolen out of their garage and the company stated on the final report that ""it was not in their responsibility as a landlord to pursue this issue"". Which is alright by my term but then make it a free service to park in the garage.
My second issue is that this building is falling apart and its new. Five walls in my apartment have cracked sense I moved in and two of them still need to be repaired. It is not the corners that have it is the center of the wall. No big deal as it may be the foundation settling but my issue is it takes them almost a month and a half to come repair it. The hallways are not painted completely (missing areas), some parts on the ceiling are very chipped.
