We had windows replaced less than two years ago and already we are having a problem with them. One window is leaking constantly. I have spoken to the owner, Mike Mayo, numerous time about the leaks and he promises to send out a workman, but we are still waiting for the repairs to be done. Mike apologizes for his delays but clearly is insincere because he does not follow through on his promises. I am now sorry that I did not ask for references and check the Better Business Bureau before contracting with Window & Door Outlet. I recommend that you don't make the same mistake that I did unless you enjoy ""Singing in the Rain"" inside your house.
