A little background - my roommates and I came to NYC looking for a 3bd/2ba apartment. We could afford something between $3500 and $4200.

Let me repeat... he blew our expectations out of the water for $150 less than the lowest end of our budget!
If you want someone who is ""nice"" or ""professional"" to work with, then you can find a ton of those in NYC - they will be the one's who show you the same thing you see on Craigslist. If you want the deal-maker who knows whats not even on the market yet, and can get you the deal of your life (plus he is also ""nice"" and ""professional"" to work with) then you want TONY MESSINA.
