I called Mister Quick in the morning. I requested they come out between 3-5. She called at 2pm-ish and asked if it would be ok if they arrived a little early? It was fine - he showed up and was very professional. He took care of the water heater, made sure we were all squared away and then left. It couldn't have gone better!
