Hella's is great food with no frills. Go there find a table, sit down, look at the menu. When they get to you they get to you. There could be a wait. Order whats on the menu and if you don't like it, next time get something else. If you are impatient, high maintenance, and want to complain, go to some crappy corporate restaurant and enjoy, Hella's will not be for you. Go with the flow and you will have a great experience. Get nasty with the staff or owner and you will be shown the parking lot and you will free up a table for those of us who get it.
