Our garage would not open at all. Thank goodness no cars were parked inside. That was the first thing they asked us when we called. We called at 7:30 and by 8:50 someone was at our home. He looked over the job and told my son that they needed two parts and could come back later in the afternoon between 4:00 and 6:00. He left a itemized bill and I called and okayed the job. Girard's were back exactly at 4:00 and patiently gave me advice and showed me how to avoid the problem arising again. He was neat and clean and could not have been any more efficient on a extremely hot afternoon. We will definitely call you again. Such efficient service is not easy to come by! Thanks!
