Great service! They were very curteous about a stone missing on my watch that I bought 9 months ago and they gave me a brand new watch in replacement! I received excellent service from Albert who was the sales representative who showed me the newer watches of the season and was very knowledgeable and kind. Jennifer the manager was excellent for helping with replacing my watch as well. The store is much bigger than the galleria store and they have more merchandize and selection.
