Salesperson, Paul Stetler, was very knowledgeable about his product! (In my experience, too often that's not the case.) He seemed to really focus on the vehicle that would best meet our needs. I really appreciated him showing us how everything on the vehicle operates, what each button is for, and setting up the bluetooth for my phone. The rest of the staff were also helpful and friendly. Showroom was clean and uncluttered - very pleasant!
