VERY Disappointed - lost a potential new customer! 7/9/2011

Called to get a quote for auto/homeowners insurance.\r Was told someone would have to call me back within the hour. Someone did call me back within 20mins but i was told they were to busy to give me a quote and would have to call back next week. I told her i would then probably look elsewhere - all she had to say was 'OK'.\r Looks like they don't value new customers or need need new business! Not a good way to build a business! more
