I recently cooked ribs for friends and family. Normally I have to gather up a bunch of ingredients to create my rub.
As I was going through the pantry to find what I needed I came across a bottle of ""Sweet Chipotle Season-All"" from the Texas Gourmet so I decided to mix it with brown sugar to see how it would be as a rub. WOW! and Outstanding! were some of the comments people had for my ribs. I will be using""Sweet Chipotle Season-All"" as my rib rub from now on. Many thanks Bryan for an incredibly wonderful product!!! It is also terrific on rib-eyes.
