I have a 2 year old Westie that Loves people and dogs, but is terrified of the groomers. She has fought, chewed, growled and even hurt herself trying to get away from the last three groomers. At this place she loves it. She plays with the other dogs for the first half of the day, then goes to the groomers. She is not locked up in some itty bitty cage waiting on her turn, and she does not fight the groomer, she really enjoys it! She even gave the groomer a ""kiss"" when we left (she is normally pawing at the other place's door trying to get out) I kindly pay the extra money to have peace of mind, and a happy dog
