As soon as I put the request in through Service Magic, I got a phone call from King Appliance almost immediately. They told me that they would come out right away, see what's going on, and give me a quote. They came out promptly, and at a time that was convenient for me, took a look at the problem, and they knew exactly how to fix it. They ordered the parts that they needed, but the manufacturer sent them the wrong parts, so they had to come back the day after to put it all in. They were here for about 10 minutes, then the project was done, and they did a really good job. The guy who did the work was friendly, and not at all rude.
