My daughter boarded her English Mastiff Pablo this weekend for one day. She dropped him off Saturday and picked him up late Sunday. When he got home she noticed he was limping and all four paws were tender. She called yesterday (Mon.) and was told that it was probably the hot rocks on which he had been walked and that they did not know he was not used to walking on hot rocks. Our vet said that he thought a hot surface was unlikely the reason because a dog would be whining to get off if that was the case and could probably be caused by chemical burns due to cleaning agents. Either way, I think this is unacceptable. I WOULD NOT USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN.
