Very disapointed by my experience. The legs fell off one by one on my sofa and I finally got around to let them know today. Their answer? A cool 'you should have called before and if you want it fixed, it's going to cost you a hundred dollars'. Having to pay for bad craftmanship on a 1000 dollar sofa? I think not. Terrible business practice, just for a 100 dollars. Boggles the mind. \r
