I have been to Pearl Auto Body twice in the past few years and they have provided a wonderful service! They got me in a for an appointment quickly to give me a quote on the damage. They then arranged for a time that worked for me to begin repairs, explained the process to me and arranged for the rental car agency to pick me up from the shop and get me into my rental car ASAP. They kept me posted on any delays that occurred and worked with the insurance company so that I wouldn't have to.
To top it all off, I just dinged my car on the side. They were full on appointments for the next few days but told me to come in and buffed the damage out for FREE.
Great people to work with and I can't say enough about their great service and professionalism.
