REALITY; can't beat the location hands down however the place is very poorly managed, left dirty, things falling apart, apartments not kept up to date, failing plumbing, broken chairs, mold, mildew, no monitoring, broken security system, failing elevator, dirty hallways, look at it from the beach vs. the front, parking spaces are not enforced, and you call and call for repairs and help and the manager sits on his butt and does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
