I bought a high end washer/dryer from theis store last week. It completely broke on the very first test run in our house> We spoke with the sales rep Mars who said they could take it back and we could buy a new model, however the owner wanted to speak to us first. The owner, Joseph, was so rude, referring to my wife as ""lady"" and telling us to get a lawyer when all we wanted was to purchase a washer/dryer of equal or better value. He was so insulting and hung up on us. He called his workers and told them not to take the unit back and now we are stuck with a washer/dryer that doesn't work.
