We bought a mazda mpv from ""monza car"" in january 2011 and back then the sale guy convinced us to buy a 2 years limited warranty for $2.000 because its a good deal and he has one too and he loves it. beside this he convinced my wife that we also need am $800 bank gap. I told them that we dont need any of these buy they insisted saying that we can just get all those money back if we change our mind within 30 days. And here it all started:
i called them back soon after and i informed them that we dont need any $2.000 warranty since we found the same one with $700 and that we talked to the bank and we dont need that $800 gap either so we want to cancel that and get our money back. They informed us what papers we need to send them and in the next couple of days we sent them all the papers and we were informed that we will receive the money soon. THAT WAS 6 months ago...
in the last 2 weeks my wife called them 3 times and they informed her that they will look into it.
This car dealer is very unprofessional and i would not recommend it to anyone...
Stay away from this car dealer.
