Third time there for grooming. First time too short. Second time too long. This time totally butchered. I have no idea why a minatire schnauser (MS) should look like a rat terrier with a square muzzle. It is easy enough to see the standard for MS's and grooming tips. Obviously the groomer had no idea what a MS should look lilke. I won't go into details, but it will be at least 6 months before Charly's hair grows out. What a shame to turn a handsome dog into a disfigured one. Charly is still Charly, but I sense she is aware of her condition. Please do not patronize this establishment for grooming. You will take your dogs looks into who knows neverneverloand. This is a serious review based on actual experience. Heed!
