Aborted oil change mission. Either make an appointment or go inside if getting your oil changed here. Ryan came out with a handheld computer, seemed confused how to use it, & after literally 10 min answering questions about my type of car (make, model, VIN #, year, walk-around inspection, opening the hood to see what type of oil my car needs, name, address, phone, license plate #), I then wait for the handheld computer to process, then I sign. The handheld computer went dead. Ryan said maybe the batteries went dead and we have to redo all the information on the computer inside.
