The pros are that the staff is super (even if they all do look like sisters...he clearly has a type).
Dr. Schmones is really warm and nice and takes time to answer every question. You are never rushed.
I can't say enough about his nurse-shes great.
The cons are he does too many procedures. Whether its tests or Ultrasounds or referrals for more tests...other doctors just don't do that. I'm pretty sure he does an ultrasound with every appointment for every client. At least he did with me and the 2 other people I talked to. I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure the consensus is that you are not supposed to expose a fetus to US more than are medically necessary.
He also preformed a total episiotomy having never discussed it with me. It took me months to heal. I can't imagine anything more barbaric.
Lastly he botched my sons circumcision (he will need surgery to repair the damage) and had the nerve to charge me for his mutilation. Ick.
