I have worked with the folks in the office for 2 years, paid my rent, let them know when things happen in my place, and they have been great. Ive gone up to pay rent and they have a cool office downtown, on the red route, so that makes it nice. they also helped me sublease my place when I got a JOB! YEAH! so thanks guys! Id rent from martin again anytime!
