Although i feel I cannot give them 5 stars because of the caliber of women they have sent out to our Gran's home, I can say the company itself is not a bad company. They have put up with alot from this end...I know it is not easy putting up with an old bitty and cranky crazy old man...they run girls off left and right. Annette's has always seen to it there is someone else back out here the next day. I know it is hard on the service. I appreciate everything they have done. I thought that there should be something else said in regards to their service and not just some ass who didnt like they way they spoke to them on the phone....
