This place does nothing but lie to you, Especially if you are white and they think that you don't understand Spanish.
I have to agree with the post from 2008, basically the same thing happened to me. Then when they find out your understand what they are talking about they get mad and want you to just get your stuff and get out. I have never dealt with a company that acts this way. Stand behind your repairs and dont make-up lies to tell the customer. I felt that they just wanted me to pay more for the repairs than the simple fix that I requested them to do.
