At other jewellery stores, the sales could get a touch pushy after some time, but at Calvin's the atmosphere was very relaxed, and customer-focused.
We took a while to deliberate on what we needed, and left our number. After a polite 5-7 day interval, we got a call from the store asking if we had decided and wanted to come back. We did!
The overall sales experience was very pleasant. When we finally bought the ring, they had it resized for us within 2 hours, so that we got it before the long weekend. They are very willing to work with you, and clearly care about their business and customers.
