This companys customer service is pretty good and they take care of reported problems rather fast, But if you rent form them dont bother cleaning when you move out. I had the carpets cleaned 2 days before I left (after I had already moved everything into the garage) and still got charged for it, I cleaned the house ( Military inspection style) got charged for it, this past really cold winter killed the front lawn and I got charged to replace it, got charged for replaced bulbs even though I replaced all burned out bulbs. All in all i paid $1295 for a deposit and they are charging me an extra $345, so if you rent from them dont bother cleaning because they will charge you anyway.
