We rented two limo buses for our daughters wedding day. We paid the day before the wedding to have one less thing to deal with and was told they would subtract the gratuity to give to the driver..well they show up and NO AC..the groom and the Father of the Bride call and they say its due to the weather...well, that was not the right answer so the FOB argued until they agreed to switch them out during the ceremony. Well instead of two limo buses we get Navigators that don't accommodate the entire wedding party, nor the guests for the second limo to transport them to the reception. The driver will not leave the church until he has his money...well where I come from a gratuity is given at the end of the evening not at the beginning. The temp on the ride was 90...he didn't know where he was going...when the company was called the following day they took the info and said the owner would call on Monday... no call so once the call is placed to them they tell you to e mail them and they give it to the drivers and they have to agree...really? Again we were told the AC didn't work due to the heat, and that I could call another limo company and then told me who to call...really I was born at night but not last night....this could be a book ...but the long and short of it s save your money...they don't follow through and their vehicles are not maintained in a professional manner...oh and as the others say the radios don't really work .... GIANT WASTE OF MONEY.....TOTAL RIP OFF....NOT VIP AT ALL...
