I was very relieved that Sierra Mechanicals were quick to arrive as my son and I both have health issues that make the heat unbearable and we would have had to went to a Hotel if they hadn't had showed up as quickly as they did. The service man explained everything as he went along to my husband. He had exactly what he needed on his truck and therefore got us cooled off as quickly as humanly possible. I am very thankful that AHS understood and was sympathetic to our situation and especially with this happening on a Sunday.
