I completely agree with the other reviews... The spa is so easy to get to (right off I-40 at Old Hickory Blvd), the atmosphere is warm, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, caring and professional, and the services are the best in town.
Lori & Barry genuinely care and do a wonderful job on the laser treatments - I've had a treatment by each one of them. And they've walked me through everything step by step so that I knew what was going on, what I could expect, and how to take care of the treated area afterward.
Karen, the esthetician, has hands like an angel and is as sweet as one too... She is hands down the best esthetician is town. No joke. Try just one facial and you'll see what I mean!
I've been a few times now and can honestly say the whole staff as always treated me like family. I'll be back - and give the spa my highest recommendation!
