All the people that are saying bad stuff about this has to be lying or they're disgruntled tenants that was kicked out. There's just no way that it's bad. It's awesome there! The apartments are nice and spacious. The rooms are larger than most in the entire Clackamas/Happy Valley/Milwaukie area. The deal you get is great. Clackamas Town Center, Target, Walmart, Winco Foods, and many great places to eat and shop are nearby. Literally, a 1-2 minute drive. Plus, I can go play basketball at the park across the street. They are remodeling and hopefully things will finish soon. Check it out. If there is anything that you can say about apartments being ""best bang for your buck,"" this place would be it for sure.
