Definitely not worth that one star.
Well the apartments they ""manage"" are not well kept. Painted counter tops, bugs and roaches, poor maintenance. They also are making my husband who is deploying pay a whole months rent because of a 30 day notice requirement to leave. Well he was told 3 weeks before he would leave and recieved his orders 3 weeks before. They also will not pro-rate that month even though we will not be there.
