ent yesterday with a picture of a new style that I wanted. I had let my hair grow out in order to get this new style. I ended up leaving with the exact same thing I had previously which looked nothing like the picture. Now I realize hair grows back, but wanted my new style this time, not next time.sigh. I won't be going back. In addition they spend a lot of their ""chatting"" time trying to upsell. Don't like the high pressure sales, just give me what I asked for. VERY disappointing!!!
