I had this system put in in may 2011, after the horrible rain we had. My basement had water seeping up through the floor. The very next rain we got after the system was installed the basement flooded just as it had previously. I called and called and called it took them until july to get back to me. Their solution was to put another drain in??? I had asked if they could snake out the drains that connect the basement with the gutters incase they were backing up causing water to go under the foundation. They said they could, when they didn't show up I called and found that they don't do that kind of work??? I was going to have to hire a plumber. So far they have cost me a tenant, a floor that had to be ripped up, and the problem is still not fixed. I will let you know when or if this whole mess gets resolved...to be continued.
