I have been going to this shop for a long time and unfortunately my business wasn't appreciated. My vehicle was repaired improperly which caused a significant transmission leak and ultimately transmission failure. They installed a radiator and negligently forgot to attach the transmission and coolant lines. The manager was not very helpful, apologetic, nor did he seem to to take responsibility for the issue. He instead thought it was in his best interest to blame the age of my vehicle, giving him adequate excuse to make a mistake and get away with it. Did not offer a refund or repair. I question the experience of the mechanics now working there. You know the quality and character of a business when an issue arises.
