This was my first time at a real OB/GYN, as I have been using Planned Parenthood since I was 16 or 17, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. I researched the doctors in my network and got recommendations from people including my PCP and others in the health care field. Everyone had very positive remarks about Dr. Shangold. She didnt disappoint me at all. I was a bit apprehensive because I am on many medications and have been treated poorly by other doctors because of my illness. Dr. Shangold was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything to me and took extra time to be sure I understood everything. I will definitely be back and will refer many of my friends to her too.Nancy
