I have had a home in the Rio Vista neighborhood for years and it has never looked so beautiful nor have I ever felt so pleased with this type of workmanship. Construction related trades are a frightening bunch in most peoples book, well I am here to say that Marciano Enterprises under the direction and supervision of the owner Michael Marciano has what it takes to start and finish with everything you expected and more. I was greeted with a smile from every worker every day. They were clean, driven, professional and seemed to never stop working from early in the morning till the early evening.
I went from a beaten down home to a fully renovated interior and exterior as well as a waterproofed roof with their rubberized coating system that sealed every crack and joint and now shines beautifully. The interior was my biggest concern as far as my family and the mess I thought was coming but I was totally surprised when within 4 long days all was clean and beautiful. I would recommend Marciano Enterprises to anybody and I do to all my friends and family, Thank You Michael & your amazing staff !!
