Awesome service, had another company come and take care of a bat problem for me, I chose them because they were cheaper than Baystate. BIG mistake, the bats never left, but Baystate came and took care of it, best of all, they understood that i had just spent a lot of money on another company, and Baystate did the work at a HUGE discount!!
