The worker Chris P. (Technician 4536) was on time and ready to get the needed job done. My tub and sink drain were clogged up and he found the problems starting point and with no hesitation began to clear it up. He was friendly and concerned about my surrounding valuables(1969 Chevelle) . He had given me options for the job as well as cost and an hour or less he was done. We carried on a conversation about water heaters which may be a future project and his knowledge was very good, down to my level. If asked I would refer them to Roto-Rooter and ask for Chris P.
