I have lived in the Saint Clair Shores area for over thirty years and have always had problems with one salesperson (Larry???). I avoided the jewlery repair area and mostly have bought gifts at Maloof's. I really think that I may not ever return (not that anyone would care). My son and I came in the store with an engagement ring and bands and were looking for suggestions on how to reset and other ideas. The salesperson told us to go back where we bought it becasue there wasn't much he could do. Well, then youi are a pathetic jewlery store. We immediatley left and went to a "real" jewlery store and came out with an engagement ring, a pair of earrings and a necklace. Larry couldn't figure that out?? I have spoken to others in the area and they immediately knew who I was talking about and their comment to me was ....he makes you feel like your money is no good with him. I wonder in this market today why he still has a job??? He must be related to someone. No matter, he did us a favor but I will spread the word to have other stay away!!! Thanks for nothing in thirty years!!!!
