Their "service" is absolutely worthless. It took them a week longer than they told me it would to get response after the initial call I made (and that's only because I called again). They led me to believe that they had listings in the area I wanted only to wait until the last possible minute to tell me that the listings I wanted were either gone, not available till a later move-in date (they didn't have the dates posted on the web site), or farther west than they listed.
