I ordered a new floor and countertop for the main bathroom, and a new granite countertop, ceramic tile backsplash, new sink, new faucet and garbage disposal for the kitchen near the end of April from Kurtis Kitchen and Bath in Livonia. While the original sale and design left something to be desired I can say that Tina, the manager of Kurtis in Livonia, handled my issues in a professional and courteous manner and made it all right with me including tossing in some extra tiling that the designer had missed on the original order. Its not easy to find a company that really understands customer service so working out the kinks with Tina and Kurtis went well because they get it.
