Came for my scheduled appointment and waited at least a half hour to 45 minutes past the time. Had the X-rays and exam from the dentist which was very quick in my experience and opinion. Then my hygenist came back after a while and said we would have to rescedule my cleaning because they were behind. I rescheduled and got a quote on some other work they claimed was discounted because I was a first time patient. These prices were not discounted and actually higher than what I was quoted by my previous dentist. The front desk people need a lot of customer service work. Overall not a good experience. The highlight was Amy, the second hygenist.
