After a string of dental issues, I worked out a plan to take care of all existing issues and be proactive about uncovering any undiscovered problems. I had two 6+ hour appointments with sedation on consecutive Fridays. Dr. Gray, Kendra and the other members of the Smiles staff couldn't have been more attentive, focused and caring. Dr. Gray called between appts. to make sure that everything was progressing as expected. Everything about the treatment (and finances) was explained thoroughly upfront, with all options outlined. I couldn't be more pleased. I like the fact that consultations are done with the patient and dentist sitting face-to-face across a table, rather than with the patient ensconced in a dental chair. You feel like a true partner in the treatment. My adjectives for Ann Arbor Smiles: Up-to-date, professional, skilled and caring. I couldn't ask for more.
