I am a regular Polar Bear customer for 10 years since moving to Sacramento. The remote location and sometimes long waits makes it hard to leave my car there all day. Even with the great service and work done by Polar Bear, I decided to try a shop closer to my home. I was shocked by this shop saying I needed eight hundred dollars worth of work done. I did know I needed a brake job that Kevin at Polar Bear quoted as a hundred dollars cheaper. In fact all the other work the other shop said I needed, Kevin said I didn't need any of that work done. I will be a Polar Bear customer for life.
