We recently needed to have our A/C unit repaired. Mr. Quik came highly recommended by Angie's List. Seriously, one of the worst service experiences of my life. The technicians did not diagnose my problem, rather they continued to tell me that I needed a new unit. Then, they tried to push a warranty for my unit that they wanted me to replace. They slapped "Mr. Quik:" stickers on EVERYTHING in my basement (at least HUGE stickers) and then charged me a ridiculous amount of money for the call. The next day we had a small local company come out and they did a great job! The fixed our problem, air is working great and they only charged us $55.00. I have since tried to call Mister Quik several times to discuss my service issues. They refuse to call me back. Bottom Line: Save your money and time...Mr. Quik is anything but professional. more
