When first driving down Michigan Ave and seeing the La Shish sign at the original location lit up, I thought "No way!" Everyone knows that La Shish was the best Middle Eastern food in Michigan. I immediately pulled over went in and re-experienced the amazing food I missed so much. I have been told the new owners not only obtained the rights to the "La Shish" name, but they also bought all the secret receipes and kept some of the old cooks. I am so happy that this resaurant just opened back up this year!
