I read the prior review and I don't know who did their work but it must not be the same people who did ours, apparently. They came out to do the estimate when promised, gave a fair price, and showed up to do the work as promised. In fact, my Dad was in the hospital at the time and we couldn't even be home during the completion of our shadow box fence and they completed the installation while we weren't here, and cleaned up after themselves. Six months later the fence is sturdy and looks great! I highly recommend them.
